Welcome to ByteHaven. These terms govern your access to and use of all secure data basics services offered at bytehaven.top. By engaging with our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services

ByteHaven provides a range of secure data basics services, including system assessments, training sessions, and custom support packages. All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ByteHaven.

2. Digital Information Products

ByteHaven offers digital information products such as e-guides, reports, and recorded workshops. Access is granted via a secure download link or streaming platform. Users are granted a nontransferable right to view or download content for personal or internal professional use.

3. Physical Goods

ByteHaven sells physical items including secure data storage kits and branded materials. All goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery confirmation.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are displayed in US dollars and are due in full at the time of purchase or booking. Accepted methods include major credit cards and approved electronic payment services. ByteHaven reserves the right to suspend access for overdue fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Services: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within that window may qualify for a full refund of paid amounts. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, due to the custom allocation of resources.

Digital Information Products: Purchases of digital products may be refunded within 14 calendar days of delivery if no more than two download or streaming attempts have been made. To request a credit, contact us via the support link. Approved credits will be issued as a refund to the original payment method within seven business days.

Physical Goods: Unused goods in original condition may be shipped back within 30 calendar days of delivery for a credit equal to the purchase price, less shipping charges. Items must include all original packaging and accessories. After inspection, credits will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ByteHaven and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from use of services or products. Liability for direct damages is capped at the total fees paid under the applicable order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of Dubai.
